The requirements for shipping goods and gifts to the USA have changed. From 29th August 2025 goods sending to USA are subject to extra custom fees. We’re going to pay every custom fees before we send Your orders from UK. This is only one way to get Your order. In this circumstances, sadly, we have to add to Your order avarege shipping cost (this is only for USA). Free delivery from £70

Please note WEAR RAPHEL is not responsible for any import charges (excluded USA), customs clearance fess or local sales tax, these are the customer’s responsbility. 

From 1st January 2025, we will no longer deliver to certain countries in Asia, Africa, and the some Americas coutries (excluded USA). If you see a notification indicating this, it means we are unable to deliver to your country.

EU Customs Charges (Effective from 1 July 2026):

From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced new customs regulations for low-value shipments imported from outside the EU.

Orders shipped by Wear Raphael to EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, import fees, taxes or administrative charges imposed by local customs authorities, including a temporary €3 customs duty for each applicable customs product classification within a shipment, where required by EU regulations.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed on our website and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wear Raphael has no control over these fees and cannot predict or guarantee the amount that may be charged by customs authorities.

By placing an order for delivery to an EU member state, the customer agrees to pay any applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, handling fees or other government-imposed costs required for the release of the shipment.

If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, any shipping costs, return charges, customs fees or other expenses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
